If I wanted to apply for a loan now, order does anyone know what else banks ask for besides having good credit and documented income? I know they are much more stringent now.
Thanks a lot!

same as always the better the score the quicker the approval. They want down payment money in the bank for not less than 2 months as well as closing cost if the seller will not pay it. You need in real life now not less than a 600 score FHA and 3.5% down. Get with a mortgage broker banker in your state and ge pre qualified to buy. Then go house shopping
I am a mortgage banker in TN & KY

I wouldn’t call it a full credit check, website like this but they will check to see if you have outstanding loans you’re not paying.
If at all possible, stuff try not to use payday loans. Most of them charge a fee plus interest. Add them together and you’re getting shafted more than you can image.
Yeah I realize you don’t want to hear this, but keep this in mind. If it’s a one-time thing, fine. But if you keep going back and going back, that will just dig you in deeper.
Good luck.

Let me tell you something alright? Leading up to the time that we had to take out a cash loan, we didn’t see anything but negative remarks from others online about the cash loan industry. We ended up almost losing our car because we waited. At the last minute, we borrowed $ 400 from http://www.cashloancity.com and I really believe it is the only thing “at the time” that saved us. I understand that there’s a problem with some people abusing this industry and crying about it later, but what about the people that really need it and pay it back on time? We’re even getting ready to have a positive mark on our credit because of it. Why are the people that never need this type of loan the same people that keep others from being able to get one?
