Where do I apply for this loan? Can I go to mortgage brokers or do I have to apply through the mail?

Almost any bank or mortgage lender would be able to get you an FHA loan.

    Hi Sam,

    You can apply for an FHA loan directly through the lender (a bank or mortgage lender) or a mortgage broker. However, keep in mind that not all lenders are FHA-approved. I suggest that you search online for FHA lenders or ask friends and family for recommendations. Most major lenders are FHA-approved. Once you find one, you can see if you qualify for an FHA loan by getting pre-approved for a loan.

    If this is your first time buying a home, an FHA loan is definitely a good option. I put a link to some information about FHA loans.
