Question by niki: Which bank is providing home loan on lowest rate of interest.?
I am planning to take loan of 23 lacs for a flat. The flats would be built and sold by a company. The company has collaboration with some of Indian banks like LIC housing finance, order cure Axis, etc. Please advice me which bank is providing lowest rate of interest on home loans and which is the right bank in this way forward.

State bank of India is offering at 8% which is lower than others.
